Methoxyl Polyethylene glycol-s-s-Paclitaxel mPEG-SS-Paclitaxel from ruixi Methoxyl Polyethylene glycol-s-s-Paclitaxel,mPEG-SS-PTX from ruixi.Mpeg-ss-ptx is a amphiphilic block connected by hydrophilic MPEG and hydrophobic PTX through a disulfide bond with redox sensitivity. Two polymer drug complexes with redox sensitivity, mpeg-ss-ptx and mpeg-ss-dox, were synthesized by connecting hydrophobic PTX and hydrophilic MPEG through disulfide bond, respectively. These two polymer drug complexes are amphiphilic blocks, which can self assemble into micelles in water.
